Secure Video Consultations: Our online sessions are hosted entirely within Zanda, a bank-grade encrypted, GDPR-compliant health platform. You do not need to download any external software or apps. Before our session, you will receive a secure web link; clicking it opens our encrypted video room directly in your web browser.
Clinical Records & Notes: Your clinical notes, assessment data, therapy formulation, and contact information are stored securely on Zanda’s encrypted servers. This platform adheres to rigorous international security standards (ISO 27001) and fully complies with all UK medical data regulations.
Secure Payments: All card transactions are encrypted and processed seamlessly via Stripe. Your financial details are never stored on my personal devices or by my practice directly.
